The following items come standard with our Pure Country Log Homes*:

Exterior walls and gables with your choice of Traditional Round or Appalachian Square timbers. 2” x 6” framed construction, 7/16” sheathing, house wrap.

Finished with your choice of stain and chink colors with standard vinyl dual glazed windows installed. Main level height 8’.

Additional chinking to finish joint seams on gables and corner posts after installation, backer rod and extra stain.

Engineered truss roof system (7/12 roof pitch) complete with 5/8” sheathing including finished sided gable ends Materials for Ladders (not cut and unassembled). Front porch roof system with support posts (exterior railing and porch decking sold separately).

Standard Plans meeting International Building codes: 100 lbs. ground snow load and 90 mph sheer wall rating. Additional costs and materials may be required to meet specific building codes in your area.
